JOIN PMBIA CERTIFIED MOUNTAIN BIKE INSTRUCTOR, JEN BRADDOCK, ON SATURDAY AUGUST 7, 2021, FOR A ONE-DAY JUMPS AND DROPS CLINIC FOR INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED RIDERS AT MULBERRY GAP. YOUTH RIDERS ARE WELCOME TO REGISTER WHEN ACCOMPANIED BY A REGISTERED ADULT RIDER.
ABOUT THIS CLINIC:
Getting your wheels off the ground safely involves a variety skill sets with changing variables. This one day clinic will focus on the necessary progression to bring all the components together for successful, smooth riding. We will learn the importance of compression, body position, and how to weight and un-weight our bikes. We will utilize the the trails, skills area, and jump line on site. All participants should have at least two years of riding experience.
9:00am check in at office and meet up with group at pump track/skills area
9:30-10:00 bike check and introductions
10:00-11:30 foundation maneuvers
11:30-1:00 jumps
1:00-2:00 lunch
2:00-4:00 drops
4:00-4:30 wrap up
