• Chadron State Park in Chadron, Nebraska
The topography here may make you forget you're in Nebraska. Some of the hills are dramatic and there are bluffs and canyons everywhere. Get a trail map at the park HQ and look for the big loop you can do around the NW quadrant of the park. One of the rangers is an avid biker, so you're ...

• Indian Caves State Park in Brownesville, Nebraska
There are a multi-use trails. We rode the #5 trail which was a good ride. Some tough climbs and fast double track downhills. We only had time to run once. I would suggest heading down for a weekend for some camping and exploring to see what the park has to offer.

Hard packed singletrack, sandy in a few areas - watch for turkeys and rattlesnakes. Once you find the trail, its better if you start from the bottom, ride up and then back down.

• Wilderness Park in Lincoln, Nebraska
Wilderness is nothing too exciting or challenging, but it is a lot of fun, and has a lot more variety
than one would think. One could easily ride for many hours on this trail, and actually end up a little
lost since it can be quite the confusing network of trails. It\'s mostly lush s...
