Gooseberry Falls State Park in Two Harbors, Minnesota
This is a wonderful network of cc ski trails. However, it\'s not worth much effort as a bike network. The trails are mowed and wide. Parts of the north woods are beautiful, however. It\'s probably worth a trip in the Autumn when the leaves are at their peak colors.

Holzinger Lodge in Winona, Minnesota
This is some of the best single track in SE MN. Be careful not to ride during muddy conditions. This is a loop but has several places to cut across to other parts of the loop. Basicaly if you keep veering right you should get the whole loop. This is very narrow single track 8" in place...

Lebanon Hills in Eagan, Minnesota
Plain and simple: This trail has developed into the best trail in the Metro. MORC has taken the initiative in working with Dakota County to turn a really marginal doubletrack XC ski loop into the best riding in the Metro.
In 2002 we added a new beginner (warm-up) loop directly out of ...

Memorial Park in Red Wing, Minnesota
From the gate, follow the singletrack off to the left. It should make a turn up the hill, and start heading towards a big grassy field. Look towards your left in the bushes, and very quickly you should see a trail that drops into the trees there. Hit that! It is an amazing section of t...

Murphy Hanrehan in Savage, Minnesota
Some single tracks, some double tracks. It is in a very hilly area by several lakes, very heavily wooded. It is a park preserve, so it is very nice. Not for beginners as you might make good use of your helmet. Gps had me topped out at 30mph at some point.
