Pros
Lightweight, solid construction. Responsive in tight corners and plenty of squish on the downhills.
Cons
It's expensive. Some things like scandium wheels feel like overkill and add to price without boosting performance that much.
Review
If you want a solid, dependable, longer-travel XC bike, get the Fuel EX 9.9. This bike does everything well: climbing, descending, cornering and is everything you'd expect from a high end Trek.
