Pros
Quick handling, 22.5 lb. weight, Avid brakes (although noisy), Maverick fork is a nice ride.
Cons
The 26 rear tones down the 29er momentum advantage a bit, but a good trade off for the weight.

This thing is a rocketship. I haven't ridden my geared bike since I bought the Trek earlier this summer. Quick handling, maybe not for the beginner
Pros
very stiff frame, adjustable dropouts, avid hydraulic brakes and big front wheel
Cons
the top crown on the maverick fork needs to be beefed up to a 4 bolt instead of two.

its a great bike but if i can't find a better crown I will have to get a different fork!if anyone else is having this problem please contact me and tell me I'm not the only one.
