Pros
Added stability from the cages is not just a selling point, it is true.
Cons
L doesn't like to disengage
Review
Adjusted as loose as possible, but still doesn't like to let go on the left side. Even as loose as possible, never have problems with accidental pull out.
Pros
I like the looks
Cons
Heavy, clog with mud and snow
Pros
Great value for the money
Cons
A bit heavy

Great pedal specially for the ones of us who do some shore stuff and don't want to clip in all the time.
Pros
Great price around fifty bucks, and they are easier to ride with regular shoes than the plain SPD cleats.
Cons
The do not love the mud I have had some problems with them clogging up on wetter days.
Review
They are one of the best entry level pedals out there and they are SPD how can you go wrong.
Pros
I love that they feel like my old BMX bear claws I used when I was little. After mastering the adjustments, they are really easy to clip in & out of. I like that I can still use them even if one or both feet are unclipped, which was great for when I was learning how to ride clipped-in.
Cons
None so far!
