Light, fairly cheap. Its been working well for a while.

Supperb shifting. Light. Durable. Dual pull. Also availible in a top pull and e clamp version. Redesigned cage for incresed tire clearance. Versions availible for 63-66 degree seat tube or 66-69 degree seat tube.

Swing arm made of cheesy looking plastic. (hope it lasts)
Review
So far this has been an awesome derailleur. I have the down swing on my FS bike and the top swing on the HT and both shift like a dream. Couple them with an xt crankset and you'll never worry about shifting again.
