Pros
Very sturdy, and when the bike is on it is very smooth and a real road feel to it.

Review
For the money this is a great trainer with quiet operation and good amount of resistance with the mountain feature providing a leg burning feel for you. Great for the XC rider who wants to build cardio and muscle.
