Excellent shifting when paired with X0 RD, push push easy to convert to from Shim LX and upwards with 2-way.

Pros
Shifters seem like dumb things to worry about but whenever I ride bikes without XO shifters... I miss them. They have great shifting response, they're hella light and work great with almost every drivetrain set-up. They're also sexy as sin.

Cons
They cost more than most people spend on their frames.

Review
If you've got the money or know someone who does... buy 'em.

Pros
Crisp shifts, light weight and a nice break from XT/XTR. Fits well with Avid Brakes on the bars. Can adjust the shifter throw. Can get Shim 2-1 compatible units if need be.

Cons
No gear indicator...yep I got used to that on he Shim. Push-Push shifting..I did like the Push-Pull/Push Push option of the XTR

Review
It's a great unit and when mated to the X.0 rd..it's perfect. INSTANT shift and easy to take a later shift in some cases...when you need it.

A near perfect shifter highly adjustable allowing you to have it installed before or after the brake lever as well as adjusting the lever it self.
