Cons Does not come in single serve packages, only tubs. Verdict Tastes good, works good, cannot complain. Most mixes for sport drinks or recovery drinks taste awful. I've been very happy with all of the PowerBar brand mixes, and this one simply tastes great and gets the job done. It doesn't have all the things in it that more common brands like Endurox do, but my legs notice when I don't have this after a ride!
