Goes with me on EVERY ride. I will not leave home without it.
Pros
I can make any adjustment on my bike necessary with this tool. It is compact and not too heavy.

The spoke wrench is a little unfriendly for longer periods of use.

Pros
Great package, very light, chain breaker works wonders. Good price for what it has
Cons
Tools not extremely sturdy but works fine (but what do you expect?)

I needed to dismantle a bicycle for parts, so I picked this up at Dick's Sporting Goods. It wasn't extraordinarily expensive (ran me about 35 bucks) and I was able to completely dismantle the bike, cut the brake cables, break the chain. One problem I had was using one of the wrenches to take off the chainring gaurd. I had to take the wrench off of the multitool to get enough eleverage on the handle, but the tool to dismantle that particular side of the multitool (there are two sides) was on the same side. I had to use the end of the screwdriver which didn't work great, but in the end I got it off. I highly recommend this product!
