Cons
not for soft, loose, or wet terrain.

This tire is great for the front, but when ridding on anythhing loose are wet it slides when on the back.
Pros
Fast rolling, lightweight
Cons
The 2.1 is 2.00 inches. Price of the eXception series. This is due to the rubber being petroleum based, so as the price of petroleum increase, the tire price does.

I run tubeless with stans at 25psi. It is the best XC tire for the south.
Pros
Such a fast rolling tire, with good transitional knobs and decent cornering.
Cons
Does not like very soft terrain

A great tire for XC and big enough for some trail bikes with longer travel. Big volume in this tire extends the usefulness of the tire for the longer travel bikes. Fast enough for XC marathoners Just keep this tire on the harder side of terrains and your gold.
