Giro Pneumo Reviews
Description: (
from giro.com)
The Pneumo offers elite-lever performance, full internal reinforcement and a sleek silhouette that captures the essence of perfect, winding roads. But it's the amazing amount of "Nothing" in this helmet that makes it so special. Fit System: Roc Loc 4. Construction: In-Mold. Ventilation: 19 Vents, Wind Tunnel. Features: 19 Vents. Weight: 10 oz. / 290g. Sizes: Small (51-55cm), Medium (55-59cm),
& Large (59-63cm).

Pros
Light, lots of vents, comfortable, nice adjustments, soft straps.

Great for road or mountain bikes. Good amount of coverage, lots of vents for the sultry southern summers. Lots of adjustment so you can still wear a layer under your helmet if it gets cold. Actually lighter than some of Giro's more expensive helmets.

Lasted about a year and a strap on the rear broke as i was putting it on for a ride. Still rode :{) Perfomance gave me a new one at no charge

Works great for me, and I love the fit and all the vents. I have a big mellon, and this one fit me well. I use with my road bike and my mountain bike, haven't really missed no having a visor.

I own this helmet and use it exclusively for mountain biking even though it's a road helmet. You seriously forget you're wearing it, it's so light and airy. The thing is also super stable on your head and won't shift around when you cruise through rock gardens and whatnot. A bit pricey but worth the dough!
