Just bought one of these (crushed my last Giro). I like the Rocloc fit system. The only drawback is somewhat minimal padding.

My wife has this helmet. Styling is awesome, comfort is great and the Roc Loc 3 system provides a great fit. Ventilation is second to none. In-mold construction on Giro helmets gives it an awesome look.
