Come on..what can i say that has not been said before about this shock. It is simply one of the best ever designed and due to become a hall of fame alumni.

Pros
Good shock for the price. The 3 are great for change of trail but could wipe out trying to find it.

Cons
Little change with switch

Pros
Light and an industry standard.

Cons
Sometimes the damping seems over whelmed. Rebound can sometimes be unpredictable during long runs.

Review
Industry standard shock. What all other shocks are judged against.

Pros
Light, easy to set up, idiot proof controls. I've ridden them on everything from 100-160mm travel bikes and it's felt at home on them all. Really a great rear shock.

Cons
If anything the bottom out feature on the DHX Air is nice... but really not necessary for most riders.

Review
Best rear shock for most riders.

Pros
Amazing performance!

Cons
The price.

This shock basically offers the same amazing performance of it's cheaper Float R brother, but with increased travel adjustability including full lock out. This lockout feature is so useful to have at your disposal, so if you can afford it, get this shock. Otherwise if you're on a budget, get the Float R.

Pros
everything. This is a terrific component. easily adjusted and lots of cussion on the trails

Cons
needs a pro pedal remote system for easy on the fly engagement

Review
performs extremely well on my Diamondback mission Three with the Knuckle Box. Eats up the trail like there is nothing under me. The pro pedal feature is great for heading up the climbs and on the flats.

Although very pricey, this shock is deffinately worth it. Has awsome tuning options and the pro pedal feature really makes a difference out on the trail :)

Pros
Awesome when custom tuned to the frame geometry and travel. The preferred platform shock on a VPP linkage.

Cons
Huh? Won't work on a hardtail.

When you mate this to a properly set-up fork...it's just hands down the best rear shock on the market for XC/AM. Flip the Pro-Pedal on for the climb or technical fun and then flip it off for a full open long travel descent. It helps my bike be all that it can be.

Easy to set up and works great on my trail bike. The propedal makes quick on the trail adjustments a snap.

Cons
None.

If you want a bump absorbing, easy operating rear shock, buy this one.

Pros
In the Pro-pedel mode it is great. Firm on the uphills and still takes the big hits downhill if you forget to switch. I have ridden with it in Pro-pedal mode the whole ride and barely noticed. Very adjustable

Cons
Lever is somewhat small.

Review
Great for all riding but freeride and all out downhill. Love this shock mounted on a Rocky Mountain ETSX-70.

Pros
Greatly adjustable, once setup this rear shock works great. Using the pro-pedal and the adjustable levels work great for almost all types of riding. It offers great feel for the road.

Cons
Can be pricy which limits some peoples choices. Pro-pedal lever could have been a bit larger.

Review
I recommend this shock for anyone who is upgrading there rear shock. However if your into freeriding or big jumps maybe the DHX is the one for you. This is a good improvement over the RP3 of a few years back.

Pros
Helps to absorb those punishing blows to your lower back and spine. Has the ProPedal feature that helps on the uphills. Very easy to adjust.

Cons
Expensive!! But worth every red cent.

Review
I reccomend it to anyone who has back problems but still just loves to ride!
