Pros
Durable material, belt loops, removable seating pad, nice length and looks good too!!!

Cons
Small pockets but that's what your Camelback is for right?!?

Review
Best all around short for long or short rides wild or mild, this short can handle all seasons. Get a pair!!

Pros
Comfy, nice material, look good, hardly notice them when riding, removable liner

Cons
pockets are nearly worthless and the extra pocket with the lens cleaner is annoying

I bought the grey from Price Point (I think). All and all I really like the feel of these when riding, either with or without the chamois. It's the off the trail moments where I get irritated with the pocket design. The front pockets do have zippers, which is nice, but the pocket itself is mesh-lined and small. The cargo pockets are magnetic and the fastening is weak at best. Then again, I didn't buy them to wear off the trail and I put most of my gear in the backpack. The shorts feel smaller than my Jet Pilots, for example, but they are a consistently slim fit like the Fox Rangers, but have the removable chamois which I like. Again, on the trail they do the trick.

Pros
Great on and off the trail. Probably the most comfortable shorts I have. I like the shorts as you can take out the inner shorts. Shorts do not pull on your legs and friction is not an issue. Great material.

Pros
Zip-up side pockets - very important. Stretchy material. Good (removable) taint-saver lining

Cons
Snap back pockets

I got these shorts on Chainlove, so price wasn't that big a deal ($60 or so), and they pop up regularly on chainlove. Overall awesome shorts, best riding shorts I own. Zip side pockets are great (can ride without having to throw keys/chapstick, etc in camelbak). Stretchy material allows great range of motion and they don't get caught on your knees while pedaling. Removable "chamois" (taint-saver) is great, can grab a beer after riding and still allow your junk to breathe. Overall fantastic shorts (think I have the '09 edition), I'd recommend them to anyone if you can get them on chainlove.

Pros
Tighter fit through the crotch vs the 07 model. Doesn't snag on the seat anymore. Still has the great comfort, style and fabric. Side pockets have been angled and moved higher onto the thigh - better position and access while mounted.

Cons
Cargo and rear pocket velcro has been replaced with magnets that don't hold tightly. Velcro on the right phone/camera pocket is very narrow and requires perfect alignment to close, but not very securely.

Wow, got a pair of the latest model (09) as a gift 2 days after reviewing the 07's.
Don't care for the 09's as much, but they're still a great short.

Pros
Everything but the price.
Comfortable, good looking (even in non-bike settings,)rugged (took a spill once where my hip/backside split open from the rocks, yet the shorts survived without a mark other than the blood which washed out without a stain,) excellent storage. Breathe well. Removable liner/chamois. Long lasting fabric - these have lasted at least 10 times as long as my other generic riding clothes, and are just now showing signs of saddle wear after 2 years. Adjustable waistband.

Cons
Awful spendy.
I'd give these a 5 if not for the price. Current model year is up to 99 bones.

If you can spare the coin, get some. They will outlast many pairs of normal/generic cargo style shorts, and feel much better on the trail. Cooler and less swamp butt.

Do be aware they have changed the pocket configuration recently. Haven't worn the newest ones yet to see how they work.

Comfortable, enough cargo pockets, good looking, & offers belt loops. Does not get caught up on the saddle nose like some do.

What's not to like.....? Plenty of pockets for just about anything, room to move, great liner for long rides and can be worn afterwards in your favorite watering hole.
