Pros
-Releived pressure and soreness from my hands
Cons
Metal o-ring that holds the handle in place became out of round and the grip constanly came loose

First impression was great. Def relieved pressure on my hands. got frustrated with them because i had to constantly retighten them. I would recommend them if you have issues with arthritis or other soreness.
Pros
The way they feel. Also the fact that they completely eliminate the numb hands from riding very rugged terrain. They also make it much easier to allow the riders' natural grip to relax and therefore decreases the chance of muscle spasm for the opponens pollicis, and other intrinsic muscles of the hand.
Cons
Nada!!

I can't think of anyone who wouldnt benefit from using these grips. I also think it's one of the most important (non-expensive) upgrades you can get for your bike.
