Mine have taken a good couple of hits and are still very solid. They release from your cleats pretty easily. Cons They can be a bit of a pain to get in sometimes. Verdict The pedals are for the most part easy to use, easy to install, easy to come out of it when you want to, and are durable. Cons Since they do not have a platform, they put a focused pressure on a small part of your foot. On epic rides this could bring some pain. Verdict I have had these for about 6 years and have yet to have any problems with them. They never clog even in the mud. Easy entry by either pulling your foot back or pushing forward. Four sides make it easier to enter. Cons Not a large platform. If your out of the clips occationally then these aren't for you. Verdict Get them if you want clog proof, bomb proof pedals. Cons A little heavier than other clipless pedals, but that's mainly due to materials. Verdict These were my first clipless pedals.
