| Pros | Clipping in and out seems very intuitive
They will NOT release by pulling straight up, you must your foot | | Cons | if you miss clipping in, yuor foot slides right off
They will NOT release by pulling straight up, you must your foot
Can eat into the bottom of some shoes | | Verdict | I switched to these from my SPD's and I love them so much I just ordered another pair for my commuter bike. |
| Pros | They shed mud, dirt, snow, and all kinds of muck you can throw at it easily. Mine have taken a good couple of hits and are still very solid. They release from your cleats pretty easily. | | Cons | They can be a bit of a pain to get in sometimes. | | Verdict | The pedals are for the most part easy to use, easy to install, easy to come out of it when you want to, and are durable. They make riding my bike alot less of a chore when hitting the trails. |
| Pros | These pedals are light, easy to use and durable. | | Cons | Since they do not have a platform, they put a focused pressure on a small part of your foot. On epic rides this could bring some pain. | | Verdict | I have had these for about 6 years and have yet to have any problems with them. A great value. |
| Pros | Pedals are light, reasonably priced and easy to get in and out of with the 4 entry points. | | Cons | No platform to protect spindles. Had spring break after 4 months of usage, but Crank Bros service excellent and rebuilt for free. | | Verdict | Decent pedal for the price |
| Cons | no adjustablity comes out easy on downhill | | Verdict | BUY THEM |
| Pros | These pedals are great and for a great price. They are light and are easy to clip in and out of them. | | Cons | None
| | Verdict | I would get these pedals if you don't have money and you need good cheap clipless pedals.
|
| Pros | I have ridden many clipless pedals and these by far are the best. They never clog even in the mud. Easy entry by either pulling your foot back or pushing forward. Four sides make it easier to enter. | | Cons | Not a large platform. If your out of the clips occationally then these aren't for you. | | Verdict | Get them if you want clog proof, bomb proof pedals. I have them two years and no problems. |
| Pros | Easy to clip in and out no matter pedal orientation.
Never gets clogged with dirt or mud.
| | Cons | A little heavier than other clipless pedals, but that's mainly due to materials. | | Verdict | These were my first clipless pedals. They were easy to get used to, and I haven't had a problem with them in 3 years. |

| Pros | 4 sided design makes it easy to clip in and out. Does not get clogged with mud. Reasonably light. | | Cons | Not much. This version is somewhat heavier than the other eggbeaters. Not particularly low profile. | | Verdict | Recommend to anyone looking at clipless pedals. |
