Cons	Urban sprawl has been amazingly fast here so some of the trail descriptions that say 'gravel road' are now an entire housing development - us this book along with a good up to date street map and you will do fine.
Verdict	Good book and covers a lot of the imediate area. This are is fairly congested and a lot of right of way issues, although quite a few of the trail directions are confusing they will get you there without trespassing.
