Directions You start at the parking lot in Kues at the river moselle, towards Lieser. At the end of Lieser crossing the river over the bridge to Muelheim. Straight on through the village, you see a small hill with a sender on top. Steep uphill and straight on in direction to Burgen and Hirzlei. After the Hirzlei you pass the Klara- Mühle towards Gornhausen. Straight through Gornhausen in direction to the sender, located at the Haardtkopf. From there you drive to Gonzerath and take the trail down to Veldenz through the Hinterbachtal. In Veldenz, there's a point called "Veldenzer Hammer", you will find signs that will lead you to monzelfeld. Along the trail you find the Grimselhütte. Arrived in Veldenz you drive to the Olymp and from there you find a beautiful singletrail downtown to Bernkastel-Kues. Map notes Trail Waypoints
