Many mountain bike trail maps are created by guys in cubicles using outdated or third party information. All the trail maps on singletracks have been created by mountain bikers using the latest GPS technology to show you the best routes to take on some of the greatest trails in the world.

Singletracks GPS data is cleaned, verified, and standardized.
While there are many web sites that allow folks to share GPS trail data, few take the time to check the accuracy of the data being presented. Each of our maps is hand edited and standardized to give you the best information possible. Don't spend time wading through incomplete or patchy data before your ride - just grab a singletracks map and go!

When you purchase a 1-year subscription to the singletracks map service you'll get access to all the newest trail maps as they're added to the site. Not only that but we're constantly tweaking our maps based on user feedback to give you the best online map and elevation presentation possible.

Singletracks maps are extremely versatile.
With printed maps and books you're pretty much stuck with the map the author chose to present. At singletracks we give you the underlying map data so you can map trails anyway you like: in 3D using Google Earth, on a topographic map with TopoFusion, or even using the map on your portable GPS unit!
