Broken Bone RecoveryNovember 1, 2009Hey guys, Im getting my cast off in 5 days and at that point it will have been six weeks. I broke my tibia and fibula right along the growth plate. I ride freeride so I was wondering how long before you guys think its safe to go back to the big hits.I have a Kona coilair with 160 mm in front and back so that should not be an issue. ANd does anybody have any ideas on personal Physical therapy because my doctor says that the proffesionals are to forceful and they don't know everybody's individual boundaries. Comments |
