There's a new movie about the Leadville 100 mountain bike race that's showing in theaters on October 22 and I'm planning on watching it at Regal Perimeter Point. Anyone care to meet up before the show? It's at 8pm and tickets are still available online (ticket link).
I have to warn you, the tickets are a little spendy ($12.50 plus $2 convenience fee) but it should be fun to meet up with other riders. The movie's gotta be better than the live web coverage of the Leadville 100 which was pretty booooring.

looks awesome. "anythng can happen at elevation 12,500+ ft". Its gonna be great, I'm sure of it. I can't make it though

it's showing in theaters nationwide. you don't have to go to atlanta to see it.
i'm going to be seeing it in denver metro on the 22nd. |

Anyone in Atlanta going to see this tomorrow night? I'll be there and would like to meet up with other singletracks-ers if possible. Should be fun, hopefully if this movie does well we'll see more limited engagement MTB movies on the big screen in the future...

Dude,,,,,,,,,the othere night me and some freinds were at the movie theater with the big screen and they flashed the preview across the screen and I was like a teen age girl telling them how cool this movie was gonna be,hahaha.
As cool as it was to see Lance hammering along on a mountain vista on a mtn bike,I cannot see why they wouldnt do more mtn bike movies in the near future....
