"Which is better - mountain biking or sex?"

DON"T MAKE ME CHOOSE!!!

On the bright spot though, maybe I can use this article's recommendation for increased suspension as a good excuse to spring for that full-suspension rig I've been eyeing.

It doesn't seem like they were able to show that there were any problems because of the abnormalities. I believe the widely reported impotence problems reported with cycling is because of poor saddle position. I see guys riding around with the nose of the saddles pointed up and I can only imagine they putting pressure in the wrong spot.

I have a friend that mentioned he was having numbness. His saddle was pointed up a little but his saddle was old and flexed a lot. He replaced it with the same saddle and positioned the nose about flat. His numbness issues went away.
