In case anyone was worried that I was lying on the side of a trail somewhere due to the lack of blog posts this week – good news! On Tuesday mudhunny delivered a 7lb, 2oz baby girl named Kendall. We’re back home now and are already trying to figure out how to attach Kendall to a bike!
Anyway, you may notice it takes longer to reply to your emails or approve your submissions over the next couple weeks but we’ll be back strong soon. element22 has some great reviews coming down the pipe and we’ll try to get a few of them posted starting this weekend. In the meantime, get out and ride while you can!

Sweet, Congrats on the newly born! I see a future biker here! Best of wishes to both of you!
Congratulations! She’s beautiful!
Congratulations she is beautiful…Simple get here a Burly. I did that with my son…However we waited until he could support the weight of his head. LOL
Thats great good job both of you.
Congrats…a beaut, enjoy. But no..having a baby is no excuse for slacking on the turnaround. As a father of 4 (A college fresh, HS Senior a 4.5 yr old and an 8 month old)…your time management skills will become superb, your spouse will become a top notch time accountant (you rode 3 hrs today so it’s my turn tomorrow kid of stuff) and you’ll be a freaking zombie with sleep deprivation.
Charge for singletracks membership and hire an Au Pair….
Enjoy all of it. Cheers
Congratulations!!
We had great luck with the Chariot child trailer. Comparing it to my friends’ Burleys I felt it was superior on several key points, like suspension, for one.
The new grom will need to be able to hold her head up, but they do make an infant “attachment” that works pretty well.
Good luck and enjoy the new addition!
Congratulations guys, that is absolutely wonderful.I got a quick little story about the babys name for ya,I took today off because I have left over vacation time so I went riding and on the way back home I started to think about the earliest bike memories thread on the forums so I headed over to where I lived when I was kid in wheat ridge to see if the old trails and dirt jumps were still there,I get to where the feild starts and look up and the street name and it’s “Kendall”.Go figure, hahahahaha, anyway, the old trails and dirt jumps are still there after all these years. That was back in 1973 when I rode those trails in grade school……….not a huge coincedence but it seemed like it at the time……..Heres to your new born, health and happiness always……
Congradulations and a big pat on the back. Nice job!
That’s RAD!!! Congrats guys!
excellent! congratulations you two, that is super exciting!! awesome!
Congratulations Trek7K and Mudhunny on the new addition. Shes got the genes and name to be a great rider- who knows what bikes will be there when she gets ready to ride.
Congatulations!! She is beautiful. Get her on a bike as quick as you can. Trust me, a baby bottle fits in a water bottle cage. Had no choice, I was a mister mom with a bike fetish. Best of Luck.
Awesome bro! Welcome to fatherhood my friend. Now you will have to invest in a shotgun loaded with salt rock or better to chase all the want-a-be boyfriends away. Ha! Ha! Good looking kid you have their bro! Wishing the very best for you and yours you two.
