Mountain Biking: A second coming

posted December 10, 2007 by trek7k

Gary Fisher gave an interview over at Cycling News about what he sees as a “second coming for mountain biking” that’s going on right now. As one of the fathers of mountain biking Fisher has an important perspective on the industry and this article is a great read for anyone who has been involved in the sport for a while. Gary touches on advances in bike tech, improvements in trail building, and even the role of the internet in making mountain bike purchase decisions. It seems the stars are aligned for mountain biking in 2008, hopefully this translates into more folks joining the sport!
