Mountain Bike Adrenaline for PlayStation 2

posted March 14, 2007 by trek7k

Mountain Bike Adrenaline looks like a sweet mountain biking video game for the PS2 but it appears to be offered only in France. The sample video clips on the site looks pretty awesome, has anyone actually played this game or seen it for sale in the US?

Regarding “Mountainbike Video Games” I personally would like to see more of them. I know the real thing is better but video games can be fun. I had commented on another game that is already out for the American PS2, “Downhill Domination.” This is actually a very fun game and worth the $19.00 at BestBuy. You basically race at break neck speed and impossible jumps through check points and a final finish at the bottom. The other racers all the while, are trying to knock you off your bike by any means nessesary. Night sticks, Kicks, Punches and exploding waterbottles are just a few of the methods available to you and the other players. You are scored on how well you execute mid-air stunts, bikers you knock over and of course, placement at finish. There are several maps and some interesting side trails. Also, it is pretty funny to run into a spectator or wildlife It is always a “Downhill” map so it can get kind of redundant but I think the huge jumps and stunts you can pull off make up for it. It is just plain fun!
