To say thanks to the local clubs that work so hard to build and maintain incredible mountain bike trails all around the US and Canada, Singletracks is stoked to announce two new $500 trail grants. We’ve been IMBA Corporate Sponsors for several years now and it’s time for us to give back to the local chapters that put trails in the ground.

We’ll select the two (2) $500 grant recipients on June 1, 2012 based on which clubs have the most singletracks members associated with the club. Each club has a page on singletracks.com (if your club isn’t listed, you can add it using this form) and singletracks members can associate themselves by clicking the “Add to my clubs” link on the right side of the page. You can see which members have already been added under the “Members” heading on the singletracks club page.

If you aren’t a member of your local club yet, please be sure to officially join before clicking “Add to my clubs.” Just follow the link to the club’s official website to find out how you can get involved!

We’re excited to support local mountain bike clubs through these grants and increased awareness this spring. Give your club a hand by joining today and letting them know about the Singletracks trail grants!

The fine print:

  • Your club must be located in the US or Canada.
  • Race teams are not eligible. Clubs should be involved, at least in part, in trail advocacy and/or trail building.
  • US clubs must be a 501(c) non-profit or incorporated as a non-profit in Canada.
  • Singletracks reserves the right to select the recipients in the event of a tie and to remove any entries that are deemed to be fraudulent.
