Garmin Edge Data Manager

posted October 16, 2007 by trek7k

We just posted a new page that helps you manage your Garmin Edge ride data on singletracks. Upload your Garmin Edge training center data and you can view your rides in Google Maps plus you’ll get an elevation profile and all the key stats for your ride (distance, time, total climb, location, etc.). You can download each ride in multiple formats including GPX (programs like TopoFusion), KML (Google Earth), and TCX (Garmin Training Center).

The really cool part is how the new app integrates into our huge catalog of mountain bike trails. The GPS ride data manager “guesses” the trail you rode and lets you categorize the trail data based on the trail name. You can even create custom rides which will be available in your ride list for future rides.

Of course more features are coming including the ability to submit your rides to the official singletracks map catalog, integration with our premium training log, support for GPX uploads, and other stuff that’s top secret for now ;).

The GPS Data Manager trial version lets you store and analyze your last 5 rides while our Full and Training subscribers can store an unlimited number of rides. Check it out!
