My name is Greg Heil, and I'm currently based in the Appalachian Mountains of Georgia. I've been mountain biking seriously since 2005, and I love to travel and ride new trails. My travels have taken me across the United States multiple times. To date (March 2013), I have ridden hundreds of different trails in 17 different states, and am adding more singletrack to my trail resume every year! I enjoy all types of mountain biking, from ultra endurance cross country all the way up to chair lift-accessed downhill runs. 1. I held my breath too a little at the start ramp, but what really got me thinking was his crash. A crash like that would probably put me out for 2-3 weeks. I need to either a: learn to never crash, or b: learn to crash and walk away. I was impressed that he picked up but the dirtbike and the park bike…you’d think after being on the moto he’d throw that 20 lb park bike way too much…
