The New York City Mountain Bike Association has advocated and won 3 miles of mountain bike trails in Highbridge Park and the new trails are set to open this Saturday. Highbridge Park is in the Washington Heights area and park officials decided it was time to add some “official” bike trails after seeing BMX and mountain bikers riding through “historic landscapes.”

The trail opening is set to go off with a bang as the NYC Mountain Bike Association is holding its 1st Annual All City Cross Country race at the new trails on the 20th. Ride on!
