In terms of content, the video has to be shot at the trail you're linking to. No official length requirement but note the rules say videos are "subject to approval." If we feel like anyone is "gaming" the rules to inflate submission counts those submissions will definitely be thrown out. raywatcher, you seem very thorough – we like that :)
