The thought of spending $110 on a pack and another $30 to replace the whole bladder is not financially appealing to me. Now, if you already have the Hyrdrapak... RE: Locking bite valve My last pack had a flimsy valve so I pulled it out and replaced it with a valve from an old pack. The fit was pretty tight, but it worked! Hopefully it wouldn't take too much MacGuyver'ing to get that one swapped. Love the writing style!
