		<description>Yes sorry the bolts on the caliper with the brake applied. That helps stop the caliper from moving from its position when the torque is applied to the bolts...If you did not apply brake, as the torque is applied to the bolt, the caliper will wonder towards the wheel (Right)... Then you have the outside pad always rub</description>
