		<description>Wow, the honor system during a recession.  I hate to be cynical but it&#039;s like the honor candy bar charity display....no candy bars left and hardly any donations with peer pressure and your own morals as the only barrier.   I know most of us are above that kind of behavior...but it only takes a few bad eggs to kill this approach.  I wish them luck.  My fear is that it comes to Cali and all of the items are stolen and show up on Craigslist.</description>
