Warm neck and hands are a must for me ... I can't function in the cold weather without my "heated clothes". Check out www.heatedclothes.com.

My metabolism races and if I don't keep my body temperature at a regulated level .. can be problematic.

Keep warm and keep on movin' on!

A balaclava is the best in cold weather. Having a warm neck makes me feel warm all over. I have been on a couple mid-twenties rides this fall and the balaclava (a thin fleece one) has been mandatory for me.

Of course I am carrying about 15 pounds of blubber that you don't have. Blubber really is the best insulator you know!
