The singetrack trails there are great with challenging rocky sections, but my guess is that they would run the races on the cross country ski course which is wide enough to allow passing and has some decent hills. I'm surprised that they are considering blue mounds over the much closer Kettle Moraine Southern Unit which could provide some great roller coaster action, but maybe they want more total elevation.
