Eurobike crosses finish line; Interbike warming up

Last week Eurobike drew more than 36,000 industry insiders from 75 countries to Friedrichshafen, Germany to see the latest bike gear and place orders for the 2009 season. The show saw more than 200 new bicycle products unveiled and most visitors were stoked about continued industry growth through the next year.
On the final day of the show Eurobike opened its doors to the public and more than 18,000 bicycle fans crowded the exhibit halls to experience the hype. Cycling News posted a good recap of the important mountain bike news from Eurobike including news from Giant, Rocky Mountain, Salsa, Marin, and others.
Unfortunately Interbike, held in Las Vegas September 22-26, is closed to the public – but you can follow all the latest dirt right here on the blog! We’ll be heading out to the show once again and this year we’ll also be attending the outdoor demo at Bootleg Canyon (a certified IMBA Epic trail!). Our schedule is filling up fast so if there are specific mountain bike products you’d like to see covered let us know – just shoot us an email or post a comment here on the blog. Viva Las Vegas!
