A year ago I had two of the worst and scariest crashes on a mountain bike of my life….. WITHIN A WEEK! Ever Since then I have not been able to find the same confidence on a bike or ride to my full potential.
I knew that the only way I was ever going to be whole again was if I was able to face the feature that once conquered me, and CONQUER IT BACK!
Today is that day, and we are back at the Ribbon trail in Grand Junction Colorado to see if I have what it takes to overcome my demons and doubts, to reclaim my confidence and become a better mountain biker than I have ever been before. It’s not going to be easy. I already feel that sick feeling in the pit of my stomach, but here goes nothing…
