The Thief's Path is an old smuggling route over a mountain pass between France and Spain. For our ride, we shuttled up most of the way on the France side, finished the climb along the border between the two nations, and dropped down the steep, technical singletrack on the Spanish side.
This is another adventurous ride, and a local guide, like MTB Dreams, is highly recommended. We traversed some very wild, little-marked territory known locally as the "frontier" between the two nations.
While the route finding would be nearly impossible without someone who knows the way, this is still a must-do route!
