The Swamp Rabbit Trail is a nearly 14 mile (30 miles in total between Simpsonville, SC and Travelers Rest, SC) multi-use (walking, jogging & bicycling) greenway that traverses along the Reedy River, an old railroad corridor and City parks to connect Travelers Rest with the City of Greenville, South Carolina. The SRT features trail amenities and points of interest, as well as special considerations for a safe experience. A very family friendly orientated trail system by far and passes by Gateway Bike Park in Travelers Rest, SC if you want a some serious dirt skills action. New trail is to be added to this trail system are in the works to expand it in full for the total 30 miles.

Review: Although not a dirt trail, it is a great ride for everyone. There are lots of restaurants in Travelers Rest so you can bike have lunch and then bike some more. If you are looking for some dirt, there is a mountain bike park at Gateway Park which is right behind Sunrift Adventures.

Review: Not a dirt trail, but a nice "paved" rail-trail, nonetheless. Has a nice railroad grade from downtown Greenville up to Travelers Rest. Nice ride for the family or if you are looking for a good spin on smooth asphalt.
