Mountain Biking Riverside Trail

  Add a review
#93 of 96 mountain bike trails in Iowa
#32,161 in the world

Take this trail along the edge of the floodplain riding through the trees. You'll pass an intersection with the Long Creek Trail on your left. Keep riding straight, across a sandy creek crossing and end up riding right along the river for a bit. Near the end of the trail, you'll cross two wooden bridges and end up at the 805 River Cabin.

From the cabin you can climb up the 805 Spur Trail (doubletrack) to, and Main Loop Trail to connect with the other end of Long Creek Trail, or continue out on the doubletrack to the Sunrise Trail.

This a fun little trail with little elevation gain but makes the connections with the other trails on that end of the Conservancy.

This trail was completed in 2015 by Singletrack Trails Inc.

Closed when wet.
