Description: The trail follows FS roads, mostly good gravel tread, although the 2 mi. of Star Meadows RD is paved. Note: there is a .4 mi. bushwack from the end of FS2956 to the closest point on FS2848. This unmarked link is downhill through dense regrowth and shouldn't be attempted without GPS navigation. The best direction for the loop is clockwise, starting south along Tally Lake to the Junction with Mountain Meadows Road.
