Description: There are approximately 2.5 miles of trails currently available to mountain bikers...many more to hikers. The trail network is mostly singletrack traveling through hilly wooded areas. There is only one steep climb. The trails are hard packed and uneven which dictates slower speeds at times. The trails are scenic but are not challenging. $3 daily vehicle entrance fee. $10 overnight camping fee. This trail was mentioned in Mountain Bike Action's "America's Greatest Trails" article which appeared in the August, 1995 issue!
