Description
There's nothing special about this ride, but a good little spot to ride a couple of miles if you're coming back from the mountains and have had quite enough for the day. This is a network of about half a dozen short trails mostly singletrack. It climbs roughly 800 vertical feet and is all rideable.

Review: Basic but fun 5 miles. Gets a lot of traffic.

Review: I don't know that it's a destination, but if you're driving by with your bike on your rack and an hour to spare, you should really ride this one.
Yeah, the first mile of trail is fully 10 feet wide, but as you get a bit higher it turns into a real singletrack, and up a bit higher it turns into a bit of a tricky singletrack. The climb/descent ratio was a very good value.
Too bad it's just so short. Nice shade, thick forest, wildlife.
If there was 2 or 3 times as much trail here as there is, it would be a great destination. But for sure keep it in mind as a drive-by quickie.

Review: I agree with some of the previous ratings; a good after-work ride or short weekend ride that is very beginner friendly. It has a good climb with a few technical spots. It's also good on hot days because of the shade. Overall pretty fun!

Review: This is a cool little trail literally right off of 285. Great for an afterwork ride or to throw in to stretch the legs in the middle of a road trip. The lower trails are alittle smoother than the upper ones. Also be warned: you gain about 900 feet in about 2.5 miles, but the ride back down is so worth it!

Review: This area is a mixed bag. The lower trails are wide and smooth enough to drive a delivery truck on. I was sure I was just wasting my time. But as you get higher, the trails get more interesting and the Old Ski Run trail serves up some rocky goodness, fun both on the way up and on the way down. Too bad you have to slog throug so much groomed, boring trail to get to it. You're also always within earshot of busy highway 285. The aspens are nice.

Review: Quick ride for those who don't want an extended climb but do want to climb (and, starting at 8000', you feel the altitude somewhat). Old Ski Run Trail has a few rocks and switchbacks getting up to the top loop which will keep your interest. Good solid intermediate trail due to the climb, good ride for beginners too, gonzo riders might be bored though.

Review: Great trail loops. With the higher elevation and the reasonable amount of climbing, this is a great trail to bust the lungs and work the legs. Since the loops are small, it's so simple to do a few laps. Overall, very smooth trail; a few sections required a little finesse and the switchbacks keep you awake. I did three laps at Flying J and then headed to Meyers Ranch for two laps of climbing. If you're in the area, you can't go wrong with either.

Review: This trail has some tough climbs, a bit rocky but not too bad - the downhill on the way back is well worth the effort ! I rode all three sections ~6mi total distance.

Review: Good trail for conditioning. Much of it is forested, so not too hot. The climb in is steady and reasonable. Trail is narrow in places and there are hikers and off-leash dogs, so beware.

Review: A good introduction to Evergreen area rides, this ride is easy but it is still a fun trail. The single track on the top is really nice too.

Review: I agree with the first review. Nothing out of the ordinary but it's a nice ride through shaded woods on mostly soft, smooth singletrack. Occasional rocks or erosion barriers keep you awake. The climbs will get your heart rate up, if you push it. Try these trails in late fall or early spring, when there's been some snow. Hikers pack it down and riding the snow makes the it more challenging.
