Description
Main ride is a 9 mile loop. About 8 miles into loop T. Right is quickest way out left adds about 2 miles thru a very tech canyon and more stunts.
There's also a large freeride slickrock area east of the loop.
The loop is mainly riding slickrock and singletrack thru many different tech moves. Follow cairns. Less difficult than Gooseberry it has better flow and is an amazingly fun trail. For about 2 miles you'll ride very near a cliff in spots with awesome views towards Gooseberry Mesa and the Pine Valley Mountains. 6000', higher than Goose here you're in the trees a little and many stunt areas, play!

Review: For much of this ride, I felt like Frodo navigating through Mordor. Slickrock as far as the eye can see, some marked with cairns, some not. Some skinny singletrack hugging cliffs with big exposure, some mellow cruising through the woods. If they ever develop and add signage to the whole mesa, this will be the next great biking destination, rivaling its neighbor across the valley - Gooseberry Mesa. You WILL get lost, you WILL have fun.

Review: We didn't really know what to expect when we got to Little Creek a couple days ago. Heard you had to have good route finding skills. Well, that was true, but no one said anything about the sweetest, smoothest, flowiest slickrock ever! The trail is very well-built and there are flowy sections of cruising through the cedars between enormous slabs of slickrock with stunt opportunities everywhere ranging from insane to my-6-year-old-could-do-this. On the bigger sections of slickrock there seem to be cairns set up all over the place, or none at all so it can be tough to find. Someday there will be paint marks to guide the trail, but for now the route finding added to the experience, but also took quite a bit of time. Don't get stuck up there in the dark!

Review: Spent a day riding out here last week. Awesome trails! Similar to Gooseberry but enough variety to be different, a bit less technical. Need to have great route finding abilities, especially around where the north point trail starts. We lost the rock cairn path in that area and had to turn back. You won't see much for other riders out here so be sure you're self sufficient. Super fun riding!

Review: This trail is a blast, damn near as good as Gooseberry. I think it's a bit easier so great to start the trip. You'll follow cairns and they are somewhat hard to spot but the trails' flow is awesome. At about 8 miles into the loop the trail comes to a T left is longer and harder thru a tech wash, Right is shorter out. The views from the cliff are excellent. Built for mountain biking fun. There is now a northern point trail not on the loop which has 2 different routes, on north and another south away from the point, also a fun trail. A big freeride playground is in the middle of the area.

Review: There is great variety on this trail. It flows seamlessly between tight singletrack in the junipers and various slickrock playgrounds. The main routes are mostly intermediate with advanced stunts along the way and plenty of room to get creative when you hit the rocks. It's almost at 6,000', so i'ts comfortably cooler than St George/Hurricane. As of 9/09, the trails weren't well marked and it's very easy to get lost. In fact, most will have some difficulty even finding the trailhead (a high clearance vehicle is useful). Until the trail system is completed and signage improves, you're best going with a local--check with the Over the Edge Bike Shop in Hurricane.
