This trail is the bomb. Includes fast technical downhills along with 3 and 4 foot jumps. Just a blast! Flows really well.

I am biased, however after 17 years I still enjoy riding it.

Just rode this trail a day after it rained and it drains very well no really slick spots. Very well taken care of and marked off so no worries about poison ivy or getting lost. they have a begginer trail (4 miles) and a XC trail (10 miles). the XC trail was amazing with great down hill speeds 30+MPH and really good climbs to. The trail snakes its way through the Lincoln parish park and has beautiful scenery. If you're looking for a adrenaline rush or just a great work out give this trail a run.

Similar Trail: I've ridden all over the country and louisian and this is the best trail that louisiana has to offer, another trail close to this one is the Bodcau trails in Bossier City this is only about 7 miles and is a little slower and more narrow.

Let me say this about that. I rode it yesterday b4 the rain w/ the designer / builder. Great trail. His trails reflect his motocross background leaving maybe 2 lines around a feature like a root garden. Roots and downhill? You guys have lots to ride. Me, I am Mountain Biking the states and, as of Louisiana, I have ridden in 38 states some 175 rides. What you rate is relative to what you ride. Trail built in 92 and is very sustainable. Many places there is red clay overlay that when cured is like concrete. Closed when wet. Is this a trail i would ride again if I could stay? Yes. It is what it is and James did a great job squeezing 10 miles of advanced riding in an area roughly .5 X .75 miles big. Easy rating is per IMBA but it is not an easy trail that is a push over.

I have not rode here in about a year, but I rode it quite often when I lived in Loiusiana years back. This is a very awesome ragin cajun MTB trail! Making plans on visiting friends in Thibadoux, so I will get another opportunity to ride it again. Something for every one of all levels but does have some very technical sections.

One of the greatest trails I've ever ridden!!! Great downhills and good climbs.

I first road this trail when I was a student at LATech. There were and still are a bunch of roots. However, the park has really done a nice job trying to make the really bad places a lot better to ride. They have added a series of retaining walls and filled in the areas around the large "rooty" areas with packed dirt.

Similar Trail: Supposedly, the trail at Tyler State Park was designed by the same guy who did Lincoln Parish Park. It's a great ride that gets more challenging as it goes along.

I grew up riding this trail. Some great technical woods, by far the best trail in the state. Watch out for Tomack!
