Awesome trail, not much climbing, easy for anyone who is use to riding 40kms .. The ride passes through some spectacular areas of rock and then forest. Lago - Lake Carezza is just amazing with its backdrop Catinaccio.! The descent to Moena is fun, thrills!...

Tour starts at the Latemar 2000 Ski Lift in Predazzo, near the Ski Jump stadium. Take the cabin and chair to Passo Feudo (2200m asl), there is a hut called Baita Feudo, awesome coffee before the start!. Follow Tour 230 towards Passo Pampeago, then Obereggen, then get onto Trail, follow this to Lago di Carezza, from here get onto Trail 10 and follow that to Passo Costalunga. Good place for lunch (1900m asl). If you take the road about 300m on the right you will see the signs for Tour 230 and directions Moena, follow these signs all the way to Moena. They will then lead you to the bike track (browns signs with image of bike) which will go all the way back to Predazzo!
