Description: Probably the most challenging singletrack in London, this is an intense out-and-back with steep hills and difficult climbs that will put you in your granny gears frequently. The vast majority of the trail is only one route, with a mid-point that gives you access to a subdivision. You'll see plenty of deer, but be sure to focus on the trail more as there's some steep drops if you wander off line. The trail follows the Thames River near the city limits of London, Ontario, and is an exciting, roller-coaster-like ride with some tough, natural technical sections, some rock gardens, a creek crossing on top of a fallen tree that will get your heart pumping, and some fast downhill sections that will get you moving to about 40km (25mph).
