Review: Mountain Bike Nirvana! Friday afternoon and no one but some kids from a local summer camp on the trails. First time on these trails and have heard many great things about the system. All true! There is a fantastic service shop, high quality bike rentals, a well-stocked store for the odds and sods you might have forgotten, and BBQ'd food upon request. Best of all, is a wide range of challenging trails and are certain to taunt even the most seasoned of cross-country and kamikaze riders alike. The terrain is typical Southern Ontario hardpack, with both man-made obstacles to make you think, and roots, rocks, and small drop-offs to keep you honest. Seven pre-plotted trails of varying degrees are on offer with countless single and double track side runs to call to the adventurous. Overall, the best I have seen...glad I went, and can not wait to get back again.

Review: One of Ontario's best! Lots of trail options from total beginner to technical master, distance options as well ranging from 2km to 16km and everything in between. Most trails have a good set of steep climbs to get the legs and lungs working hard, there are lots of tight twisty areas, lots of technical rocky rooty areas, lots of fast wide open singletrack. Hardwood has it all. If you've never been there its a must.

Review: Very large and can be tough if you take the difficult trails . Its well laid out with great variety of trails...Rolling hills some large climbs and twisty stuff...Some man made obstacles. At the trail head they have a store just in case you need parts. It cost $12 to ride. So bring cash.
